- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stellar Adorn. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature, the following items are non-returnable:
- Engagement rings
- Items marked as final sale
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Stellar Adorn.
