All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.

3.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.1 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are non-returnable:

• Items marked as final sale

4.2 Return & Exchange Process

To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.

4.3 Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.4 Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Stellar Adorn.
